MakewebAI has been acquired for $60K just 50 days post-launch

Makeweb.ai has been acquired for $60,000 just 50 days after its launch. The primary goal was to gain experience in building a business from the ground up, and the founder emphasized their personal involvement in the entire business lifecycle from inception to sale.

The company, which had over 30 paid users and generated more than $1,000 in net revenue, was initially listed on Acquiredot.com for $18,000. The listing attracted significant interest, resulting in around 60 NDAs, 6 offers, and 3 LOIs with competing bids exceeding $50,000. The founder decided to sell due to slow growth and limited financial runway, making it challenging to continue without external support.

Despite being bootstrapped, the $60,000 sale is considered a considerable achievement. The founder, who had been working on MakewebAI for approximately 6-7 months, expressed satisfaction with the outcome, noting that this was their first SaaS project. For now, the MakewebAI service will continue to operate normally for all users.
