Vivaldi 6.8 mobile browser brings customizable buttons and enhances inactive tabs UI
Vivaldi has rolled out version 6.8 of its mobile web browser for both iOS and Android, introducing a range of new features and improvements. On iOS, users can now personalize their browsing experience with a customizable button in the address bar and enhanced start page customization options. The update also includes several enhancements to the ad blocker and introduces bookmark nickname matching. Additionally, a new user interface for inactive tabs in the tab switcher has been added, allowing users to easily identify and manage inactive tabs.
For Android users, the update mirrors the iOS enhancements with customizable address bar buttons and improved start page customization. It also includes the same ad blocker improvements and bookmark nickname matching. Unique to Android, users can now replace the Tracker & Ad Blocker button in the address bar with a button that performs a specific function of their choice, offering greater flexibility and personalization.
