Evernote unlocks 14 premium features for free users in latest update

In an unexpected news piece, Evernote has decided to unlock fourteen of its previously premium-only features for all users free of charge, starting from version 10.76. This is particularly intriguing considering the recent restrictions on free users in November last year.

The features now available for free include Note history and restore, Offline Notes and Notebooks,PDF annotations within the app, Business card scanning , and Spreadsheet Preview. Users can also email notes directly to their Evernote account, share notes via email within the app, and set custom global shortcuts for various Evernote actions.

Despite these free features, Evernote still offers a premium subscription with extra benefits such as nearly unlimited notebooks and notes, larger note sizes, higher upload limits, and unlimited devices. You can check the full list of features now available for all users and find more information about the premium plans here.
