DaVinci Resolve 19.1 has been launched with improved Multicam Audio & Object Mask Caching
The lastest DaVinci Resolve 19.1 version has been launched, with improvements in multicam audio editing facilitate smoother handling of multi-angle edits, while the management of stereo track effects now offers better control over audio processing. The update also speeds up processing with enhanced object mask caching, reducing re-render times. Additionally, Resolve now supports spatial photos and videos on Mac, expanding its capabilities in immersive media. Media management is improved with auto-sync options for bins and the ability to export multiple timelines, streamlining project organization.
On the Edit Page, users can now search for effects by category, improving workflow efficiency. Timeline responsiveness has been enhanced, especially for switching multicam angles and managing nested timeline audio. The Deliver Page has expanded export options, including AV1 encodes with Nvidia acceleration, H.265 Main10 formats on Windows, and MV HEVC spatial video encoding on Mac.
Additionally, Blackmagic Design Fusion has been updated to version 19.1, featuring new Fusion titles and effects, improved handling of interlaced media, and support for USD 24.08, along with USD scene export from compositions for advanced 3D scene export.
