The update introduces a backdrop tool, enabling users to add gradient backgrounds, shadows, and rounded corners to their screenshots. Shottr 1.8 also integrates with Raycast extensions and Alfred workflows, allowing for extended functionality and customized usage.
The latest version also supports URL Schemes, enabling other apps and scripts to control Shottr actions, facilitating integration with Raycast, Alfred, and Apple Shortcuts. Additional improvements include enhanced custom annotation colors, more sizes for text labels, arrows, and other annotations.
