Raycast v1.84.9 adds a customizable Escape key, improved disk management, clipboard & more

Raycast has launched version v1.84.9, introducing a customizable feature for the Escape key. Users can now decide whether pressing Escape will close the Raycast window or clear the search bar and navigate back, with this option available in the Advanced Settings.

The update also refines the "Eject All Disks" command by excluding iOS 18 simulator disk images, optimizing disk management efficiency. Additionally, users can now easily reorder commands in the Fallback Commands section through drag-and-drop, improving command organization. The update brings enhancements to the Clipboard History feature by restricting the Update History toggle to actions within the Clipboard History command. The Search Emoji & Symbols feature has received new symbols for specific keys, boosting accessibility.

Various bug fixes have been implemented, such as removing the Auto Quit action for Finder, addressing error toasts for the search bar's character limit exceedance, and improving Quick AI and AI Preferences usability. You can learn more about the bug fixes in the changelog.
