Obsidian 1.7 brings performance boosts and new features
Obsidian's latest update, version 1.7, has been released for desktop and mobile, significantly improving application load speeds and reducing memory usage. Notably, the update introduces a Sync History view for tracking collaborative edits, as well as enhancements to the Obsidian URI and file renaming in large vaults. Why are they still proprietary? Like come on bro
$4~5/mo per user for syncing? I hope people don't buy into that an encourage that kind of highway rubbery for such a feature.
Non-cloud based syncing should either be free or dirt cheap. The company is providing nothing that warrants that kind of money per month for that single feature. $4 a year would even push it.
