EndeavourOS launches 'Galileo Neo' version with several bug fixes and package updates
EndeavourOS, an Arch-based Linux distribution, has launched its 'Galileo Neo' version. The distribution aims to provide an Arch experience without the requirement of manual installation. The 'Galileo Neo' version includes Linux Kernel 6.7.1, Calamares installer 23.11.2.4, Firefox 122, Mesa Graphics Library 23.3.3, Xorg Server 21.1.11, and Nvidia-dkms 545.29.1.06.
In line with previous Neo releases, 'Galileo Neo' doesn't introduce new features. Instead, it focuses on necessary fixes and core package updates for both the ISO and the offline KDE Plasma option.
One of the key improvements in this version pertains to the Bash script. The version addresses several issues that arose when running Wayland sessions with the offline KDE Plasma installation option.
Furthermore, 'Galileo Neo' resolves a problem that resulted in unwanted effects and composition in the Plasma Live Environment on machines equipped with legacy Intel graphics. This fix enhances the user experience, particularly for those utilizing older Intel graphics hardware.

I don't like that they switched the default from XFCE to KDE :(
