Shazam has released a new version that adds support for Apple Music Classical
Shazam, the popular music recognition app, has just announced the release of its latest version, which includes support for Apple Music Classical. This new feature will allow the two apps to work together seamlessly, providing classical music lovers with an even better listening experience.
The release of Apple Music Classical on March 28 was a significant move for Apple, as it acquired Primephonic, a streaming service that specializes in the classical music genre. This acquisition allowed Apple to expand its music library and offer a more comprehensive selection of classical music to its users.
The release note of Shazam version 15.33 read, “You can now open classical songs from Shazam in the Apple Music Classical app. Simply Shazam or search for a classical song, tap the menu icon on the track page and select “Open in Classical.”
This new feature is a significant improvement for classical music lovers who use both Shazam and Apple Music Classical. It will allow them to seamlessly switch between the two apps and enjoy their favorite classical pieces without interruption.
