Netflix adds popular indie game World of Goo to its Mobile Games list
Netflix subscribers can now add a popular indie game to their list of mobile projects. The online cinema service and Tomorrow Corporation announced that the remaster of World of Goo will arrive on iOS and Android on May 23rd exclusively for Netflix users. The game, developed by 2D BOY, was a hit back in 2008 and can now be enjoyed without ads or in-app purchases.
World of Goo is a physics-based puzzle game where players must travel through a beautiful world to find Goo balls. Each ball provides unique skills, allowing players to express their creativity by building World of Goo Corporation towers. The game is filled with challenging puzzles that will keep players engaged for hours.
The updated version of World of Goo features a modern design, higher resolution, support for cloud saves, and convenient touch screen controls. Players can now enjoy the game with improved visuals and more accessible gameplay.
Netflix announced its plans to add 40 more titles to its gaming library back in March. The addition of World of Goo to its game list is just one of the many expansions Netflix has made to its library: the company continues to provide its users with more options for entertainment.
