Microsoft launches Phone Link for iOS, connecting Windows 11 PCs and iPhones

Microsoft Phone Link for iOS is now available to all Windows 11 customers. The software, which was announced a couple of weeks ago, allows iPhone users to send and receive text messages, make and receive phone calls, and see contacts and iPhone notifications right from a Windows 11 PC.

The clever workaround means that users will be able to send and receive messages freely while Phone Link is open. However, users will not be able to see a full chat history or participate in group iMessage conversations.

Phone Link for iOS is available in 39 languages across 85 markets. Microsoft's announcement means that users around the world can now take advantage of the software's features. The software is an important addition to Microsoft's suite of software products. It allows iPhone users to stay connected with their contacts even when they are away from their phone. This is particularly useful for people who need to stay connected while working on their PC.
