Meta Will Let Opt Out of Ad Tracking on Facebook and Instagram, but Only for European Users
Meta will allow its users to opt out of targeted ads, but only in Europe! This move is an effort to limit the impact from EU regulators orders. Facebook and Instagram users will be able to disable the tracking, however, it will not be an easy process. In order to object to the ads, users will have to submit an online form that Meta will evaluate.
