Spark unveils 'New Spark' email client with improved features and new AI-powered tools

Spark, the modern, cross-platform email client, has just unveiled its latest iteration, dubbed 'new Spark'. The team behind Spark states that “the new Spark is not just an upgrade, but email reimagined”, bringing a fresh productivity philosophy and an array of powerful new tools to the table. A long-awaited Windows version has also been released.

The new Spark consolidates all emails into a unified inbox, facilitating seamless transitions between accounts. It features an intelligent filtering system that eliminates unnecessary noise and minimizes the need for constant context switching, thereby promoting proactive email management and aiding in achieving inbox zero.

A slew of new features are introduced in this version, including an expanded sidebar, a split view feature, customizable swipe actions, and integrations with several other tools. The premium tools have also been overhauled, with a significant emphasis on AI.

The +AI feature provides concise summaries of email threads, offers smart suggestions to expedite drafting, and learns from user habits to deliver polished, professional communications.

While many of Spark’s tools are available free of charge for all users across desktop (Windows and macOS), iOS, and Android, a premium subscription is available at $4.99 per month with an annual subscription ($59.99), or $7.99 per month with a monthly subscription for individuals. For teams, the cost is $9.99 per user per month or $83.88 per user per year.
