Midjourney launches 'Style Tuner' feature for customized visual project styles
Midjourney has launched a new big feature called 'Style Tuner', that allows users to customize the visual style of their projects. The tool generates sample images based on user prompts and is activated using the "/tune" command. The "-s" parameter can be added to the prompt to control the intensity of the style, and multiple styles can be combined by using a hyphen to separate different style codes.
To use the tool, users create a custom Style Tuner with a creative prompt and select the preferred options. A link is then provided to open the Style Tuner in a web browser, where Midjourney's AI generates sample images based on the prompt. Users choose their preferred images from the samples, and the Style Tuner generates a unique style code. This code can be applied to future images by returning to the Discord environment, using the "/imagine" command, and pasting the original prompt with the "-style" parameter and the unique style code.
The tool also offers additional creative options such as Upscale, Pan, Zoom-Out, Remix, and Vary-Region for more detailed control over visual art. Users can experiment with, share, and save their style codes, facilitating collaboration with others through the Midjourney style-tuner channel. The Sticky Style feature also allows users to save the last style parameter used for future prompts.
