qBittorrent 4.6 released with experimental I2P support and various UI theming improvements

qBittorrent, a popular open source BitTorrent client, has released its 4.6 version with numerous new features and enhancements, almost a year after launching version 4.5. The latest update includes experimental support for I2P, a secure anonymous network layer, and a revamped UI with various theming improvements for better usability.

The 4.6 version also presents a new dialog for editing torrent tags for improved file organization and management. It includes two new options that allow users to adjust the merging of trackers to an existing torrent and to stop seeding when a torrent is inactive. Additionally, a shortcut for the “Ban peer permanently” function and an option to auto-hide zero status filters have been added for a more streamlined user experience.

The new version also includes many minor improvements and bug fixes, reinforcing qBittorrent's commitment to providing a robust and reliable torrent client for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
