NVIDIA to increase GeForce NOW prices in Europe and Canada due to rising operational costs
NVIDIA has revealed plans to hike prices for its GeForce NOW cloud gaming service in Europe and Canada. The information, found on a support page on Nvidia's website, states that the adjustment, set for November 1, 2023, is due to increased operational costs in these regions. Prices will be modified for members paying in CAD, GBP, EUR, SEK, NOK, DKK, CZK and PLN.
Nvidia assures that both active and new members who register before the date can maintain their memberships at the existing pricing for a period of 6 months. In Canada, the monthly membership for GeForce Now Priority, currently at $9.99, will increase to $13.99 in November. Similarly, a six-month plan will see a price rise from $49.99 to $69.99. The Ultimate tier will witness a price jump from $19.99 to $25.99 for one-month plans and from $99.99 to $139.99 for six-month plans.
The forthcoming price modifications will not impact Founders for Life members. Additionally, the US and UK markets will remain unaffected by these changes, at least for the time being.
