Caeciliae is a font designed to assist in the notation of “modern” (square note) notation of Gregorian chant. It does not have characters for writing the text of the chant, but rather contains many glyphs that can be combined to create the music line of the chant.
Program operation is very close to that of a vector drawing package, specific knowledge is not required for using it. Its very intuitive design enables easy access for anyone who is acquainted with computer programs.
