VGG Image Annotator is a simple and standalone manual annotation software for image, audio and video. VIA runs in a web browser and does not require any installation or setup.
The idea behind meCordi app is to introduce a new file format for audio files that not only includes audio but also related photos, comments, speaker names, etc. in a way that when you play it back, it act as it is a high quality slide show with in-sync audio in background.
