    Probably my favorite NLP platform. They offer a wide range of services to build a chatbot such as NLP engine, Bot Builder, Bot Connector, Analytics. There is a tutorials page on the blog with a lot of examples to start and many open sourced examples on GitHub. Not everyone will use this but I'm very fond of the open API which you can use to do everything on the platform without using the interface. The team is very open to questions on Slack or via their support tool and very responsive even...
