What is Xibo?
Xibo is an open source digital signage solution, centrally managed via a web administration panel (PHP/MySQL) and distributed over a local network or the Internet to one or more clients (.NET for Windows / Python for Ubuntu) connected to display hardware (TV, Projector, etc).
Multiple layouts, multiple content mediums, multiple schedules in multiple locations, are all free and easy with Xibo.

Possibly the most professional free and open Source Digital Signage Software
Hello People i'm kinda looking for a program to have like a TV news channel . Like the forecast is on the side, the down text is scrolling right to left and the image are chaging once in a while. I'm not really used to work with this type of software and I don't even know how to call it. I have found a software like Xibo but it seems that it is a little bit too much complicate with all the librairy and all the stuff.
