I have used many different simulation software till now but WITNESS is by far the best software out there in the market. Its a very stable software and once you get a hang of it you will love it. Its simple yet very powerful tool with great support from the help-desk.
Siemens Plant Simulation is another good software in the market but its lot more expensive and lacks in timely support. It is more popular due to being sold as part of PLM software suite and so called "Integration" capability which I believe not of any real use.
