What is WIN-911?
WIN-911 is the most widely installed industrial alarm notification software for municipal waterworks, energy, manufacturing, and food processing plants, and other mission critical industrial operations worldwide. It hooks into the plant SCADA or HMI system and sends machine alarms/alerts to remote workers via mobile app, SMS text, email, voice, or audible in-plant PA systems, enabling faster response to problems that might otherwise cause unplanned downtime.
It includes "direct connects" to Rockwell, Aveva/Wonderware, and GE SCADA platforms, making it a quick integration with most automation systems.
The new Standard-Interactive-Advanced product platform (newest release in mid-2021) is a much-improved, completely rewritten codebase and interface, which simplifies many tasks. The WIN-911 Mobile app (released in late 2019) is also a new design providing secure, two-way cloud-based (using Microsoft Azure authentication) collaboration tools for faster problem solving.
