WhisperTyper is a free, offline speech-to-text application for macOS that transcribes your voice directly at the cursor position in any app.
Press a global hotkey to start recording, speak naturally, and WhisperTyper automatically detects silence, transcribes your speech using OpenAI's Whisper model running locally on your Mac, and injects the text wherever your cursor is — in your browser, code editor, email client, or any other application.
