I’ve been using Weel for about a month now, exclusively for scheduling my work life. I do art and design commissions, and I usually split my day into four quarters—one project per chunk. Seeing how those quarters fit into my day and how much time each one takes up makes it easier to switch gears when I need to, instead of getting stuck hyper-focusing on one project for too long. Weel ADHD Planner information
What is Weel ADHD Planner?
Time is a slippery thing—but with the Weel ADHD planner, it stays put. Weel transforms your daily schedule into a clear, single image, using an intuitive 24-hour analog watchface that provides a full-circle view of your time. This unique feature is especially helpful for people with ADHD, dyscalculia, or time blindness. It makes time a direction instead of a number, and you can see your entire day at once. Even if you're neurotypical, Weel offers a refreshing, visual way to manage time effectively!
Key Features of Weel ADHD Planner: • Stay on top of your schedule: The 24-hour analog watchface allows you to see your entire day at a glance, helping you focus on upcoming tasks and avoid losing track of time before important events. • Plan ahead: Attach notes or checklists to events so you remember exactly what to prepare for meetings or appointments. • Factor in travel time: The Weel ADHD planner helps you account for travel between events, so you avoid scheduling conflicts and always arrive on time. • Manage time zones easily: Simplify scheduling for international meetings or travel plans without the confusion. • Customizable for your needs: Weel is highly configurable, allowing you to tailor the app to your own preferences and organize your day your way. • Widgets & Apple Watch compatibility: With customizable widgets and Apple Watch integration, Weel helps you visualize your entire day with the power of its unique 24-hour watchface.
With Weel+ ADHD planner, you can: • Add multiple calendars: Keep personal, work, and family schedules separate but accessible in one app. • Create repeating events: Set daily, weekly, or custom recurring events to never miss commitments. • Apply travel time to recurring events: Keep your schedule running smoothly throughout the day. • Get priority support: By subscribing to Weel+, you help support our team and receive priority assistance.
Why Weel ADHD Planner is Different: Weel ADHD planner is more than a calendar—it's a comprehensive time-management tool designed for inclusivity. Traditional apps give a linear view of time, but Weel uses a 24-hour analog watchface to visually structure your day. This circular design makes it easier for people with ADHD or neurodivergent needs to understand and manage their time.

I love the month view too! Seeing all those little simplified circles helps with quickly identifying where I have breathing room or an extra space to slot in a new project.
My favorite two features are the "folders" and widgets. The folders are great because I can easily include things like grocery deliveries on the inner circle that land within my work (from home) day without cluttering up my project circle. When I'm not using my iPad for Procreate or other design apps I like to keep Weel open, or have one of the widgets on my home-screen so that I'm always on task.
The only feature that I feel like I'm missing is Apple watch support - which isn't because it isn't already a thing but because I just don't own one. Haha. They've really thought of everything with this one.
