POX added WebCatalog as alternative to Web App Hub- Evgeny9 liked WebCatalog

Tried WebCatalog as a sort of Windows stand-alone browser session saver, ..too slow & clunky...doesn't let you use extensions, so you are stuck with ads unless you go premium, or use system-level ad blockers. However.. It can be used as a sort of Android emulator like Blue Stacks. Giving it a preliminary 4 stars now.

It seems like a joke to pay for this type of application. No chances. It's monthly!!! It's like he wants to steal money.
I like this app on Mac. But on Linux Ubuntu it is not supports well and releasing any BETA version - so sometimes it stop to work :-/
I found an alternative to create Web page as Desktop app - use Gnome Web browser (https://alternativeto.net/software/gnome-web/about/)!
I paid for a lifetime membership and after a while they ask me to pay and register again, i sent an email to support and i haven't heard anything, i guess they like to double charge.
It cleans up a lot of niggles Like the icon is a first class part of the task bar now, you can make the web sites dark even if they dont already have a dark mode.
I've been trying to find a program that will let me use websites as apps forever now. I've tried everything.. Shift, Ferdi, Rambox, etc.
WebCatalog was good enough that I couldn't live with just two apps on their free plan. I bought the license and couldn't be happier. It has completely changed my workflow! Best part is that it's a one time payment of $30 for use!!
Well worth the money. You get a TON of stuff with it too, including SingleBox which is their version of Shift, and all of the apps laid out similar to a Distro/OS Store.
