When a customer messages you on WhatsApp, WatBox routes that conversation into Salesforce, links it to the right Lead, Contact, Account, or Case, and keeps every interaction attached to the customer record. You use WatBox to handle one-to-one chats, send updates in bulk from Salesforce campaigns, and automate routine reminders or responses with Salesforce Flows and bots.
