While working in IT we realized how big a problem with collecting code is, we are not talking about whole projects, because for projects there is plenty of solutions. We think about code as collection of good practices which you can use when it’s needed. In a team you have a lot of common knowledge and if someone have a good solution for your problem why not share this? For example you need to implement something and you know that someone from your iOS team was doing this last month in different project, so you start asking colleagues about it. You heard that you should ask Brian and Brian sad that you should find it in one’s of Damian project, so you started to looking. Few hours later finally have it. Does that sound familiar to you?
