Voxel is a macOS desktop app for voice cloning and text-to-speech that runs entirely on your machine. No cloud, no accounts, no data ever leaves your device.

Record as little as 3 seconds of audio to create a voice clone, then generate natural-sounding speech from any text in 10 languages — English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian. Everything is processed locally using the Qwen3-TTS model.
