VoucherFlow is a post-sale voucher management tool for independent boutique hotels with a spa (3–4 star). It replaces Excel, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets with a structured pipeline that tracks every voucher from purchase to redemption.

The problem it solves: Spa managers sell experience vouchers but quickly lose control — who bought, who was contacted, who booked, who is about to expire. The result is lost revenue: vouchers that expire unused, clients who never get a follow-up, and manual financial reconciliation at month-end.

How it works:

1. Import — upload vouchers via CSV (exported from your booking system or PMS)
2. Pipeline — track each voucher by status: Bought ? Contacted ? Booked ? Redeemed
3. Follow-up — send follow-up emails with personalised templates; automatic alerts for expiring vouchers
4. Reconciliation — automatic financial report: sold vs redeemed vs outstanding

Who it's for: Spa managers and spa directors at independent 3–4 star hotels, 20–80 rooms, in Portugal, Ireland, the UK, and Spain. Not suitable for large hotel chains or standalone day spas.
