view3dscene is a VRML / X3D browser, also a viewer for other 3D models. Supported formats are X3D, VRML (1.0 and 2.0 (aka VRML 97)), Collada, 3DS, MD3, Wavefront OBJ scenes. Can do collision detection. Can be used as command-line converter from Collada, 3DS, OBJ, MD3 to VRML/X3D.

view3dscene is a VRML / X3D browser, also a viewer for other 3D models. Supported formats are X3D, VRML (1.0 and 2.0 (aka VRML 97)), Collada, 3DS, MD3, Wavefront OBJ scenes. Can do collision detection. Can be used as command-line converter from Collada, 3DS, OBJ, MD3 to VRML/X3D. Has built-in ray-tracer. Rendering uses OpenGL. Free software. For Linux, FreeBSD, Mac OS X and Windows.
