Simple, intuitive yet powerful.
It is a really good animating software. You can download from other websites(I prefer downloading from CNET). I even heard from Alan Becker that you can make Actionscript projects with this.

It's still up and running. Other than tablet support, this is a complete efficient replacement for flash.
