VecMaker

An application that offers a variety of tools and features for creating vector images, which can then be exported to PNG or JPEG.

It's focused on simplicity and UI friendly, providing speed and quality. It's mainly oriented to video games sprites and textures.

VecMaker includes:

What is the license of the content included?

CC0 license. This means you can use/edit the basic shapes or the RPG icons included for personal and commercial games, no credit needed. You can export and sell assets packs with them too.
