This is not required for everyone. If you are struggling with reading the first aid, this will certainly help. The videos explain each topic in brief, the flash cards though not the best cover the topic at hand, as given in first aid & the qbanks offer a handful of questions for each topic in first aid. Then there are bricks which cover things in more depth, if you feel the need for it. After doing this you will be a lot more confident in tackling the beast, UWorld. This is not for beginners, you do need a foundation. You still need UPS of UFAPS while this takes care of FA + add Pixorize, it's awesome. If B&B is enough for you, skip this. If you think, you need someone to walk you over First Aid, this is it.
