Our special sauce is triggers, which are like "if this, then that" rules, that allow Userflow to understand everything that's going on in your app, and act accordingly.
You can build tooltips, modals, checklists and more.
Userflow.js installation is simple and easy. You can send whatever custom attributes and events you want. We have a sleek REST API with Webhooks support (https://getuserflow.com/docs/api).

As an early stage startup with a relatively complex software product, we needed an easy way to onboard new clients and their users. After trying quite a lot of products on the market we realized that they all fall into two categories:
We couldn't afford the expensive options and the cheap options either didn't give us the control we needed or the the flows were not customizable enough to fit our product and branding. Then we stumbled onto Userflow.
Userflow strikes the perfect balance between the two options. It's cheap enough for an early stage startup to afford and it has all the features that we require to effectively train and onboard new users. Additionally, the customer support provided by Userflow is outstanding. They're very quick to respond to support requests and happy to arrange video calls at short notice to help us out, even outside of their working hours as we're in a different timezone!
We use Userflow as a tool for our accounting and payroll system and are very satisfied. In addition, we use Userflow to push new features to our users. Creating new flows is easy and intuitive and customer service is also superb. Our customer satisfaction has increased since we started using Userflow.
We have tried other onboarding products, but Userflow is the easiest and most intuitive one we have found. It is easy for a beginner but is robust enough to allow you to create awesome online tutorials. The support is second to none. Our web app is a complicated inventory control system so there are many different operations. I have already created well over 100 different tutorials. Most importantly, our customers LOVE it! You will not be disappointed with Userflow.
