The UIF2ISO application was designed to be an open source command-line/GUI tool that will help you convert single and multipart UIF file images to the original ISO format.
The UIF image (Universal Image Format) in fact is just a compressed ISO which can be created through the commercial program MagicISO.

Free open-source reliable Lightweight (less than 340 KB!) Don't get scared of the black command window! You actually don't need to type any code (for Windows version). Once you open the application, you will be prompted to select the UIF file you want to convert into ISO and then choose the destination of the converted file, wait a bit, and you're done! Super Easy! So nothing to complain about = 5 stars.
Install on Linux:
#sudo apt-get update
#sudo apt-get install zlib1g zlib1g-dev libssl-dev

#unzip uif2iso.zip
#cd src
#make
#sudo make install
