I'm dropping by to say that in researching Tynker for our family, I was wondering if there were alternatives to Tynker, and have checked out the alternatives you listed. I just wanted to note that according to Tynker's site, they are 1st-8th grade (in case anyone rules Tynker out for younger kids, based on your description saying 4th-8th).
