More than enough...
Pros: I most like that this software is both easily accessible from my computer, as well as my iPhone. I'm a MOM of two small children (2 years old, and 5 months old) so I'm not often able to be sitting in front of my computer working. This software allows me to create and send my texts from my phone with ease.
Cons: There was really nothing that I don't like about the software. It encompasses everything I need to accomplish my ongoing goal of reaching and connecting to, others via text message.
Amazing Services
Best reporting software I’ve ever seen and the service was the best bang for my buck as far as marketing goes.
Pros
All-inclusive/comprehensive software for all things digital marketing. My FAVORITE tool was the Keyword Rankings tracker that basically gives me a visual of how I’m doing organically. I don’t even think Google Search Console has this kind of capability.
Cons
Really not a lot of complaints! There are just so many different channels in this one platform, so it can be overwhelming at first, but I picked it up pretty quickly.
Easy to use, a great way to stay on top of leads.
Pros It is easy to use. Very helpful in cross-checking our leads to make sure they are always being worked on. We have made this program apart of our daily process.
Cons If I had to name 1 thing it may just be that sometimes the incoming phone numbers are not tracked correctly, however it is not a huge deal because we always ask for phone numbers when taking incoming calls.

Pros Once you read how everything works, it makes it really easy to set up automatic emails.
Cons What I liked the least about TXTImpact was that I had to read up on how to use their system, but once that was done it was really easy.

Cons The lack of luster settings page usually gets me riled up. I've not had great luck navigating around settings
