Twilio was ok at the beginning the problem is their prices are not competitive . You can a very good twilio alternative. Take a look at textita . Their prices are far better value. A fraction of the cost of twilio.
Before this required programming skills it was a great service. Customer service is condescending.
REQUIRES sms capable mobile number to signup. Hard fail.
I was very happy with Twilio in the past, but now I hate this company more than anything else in the world! They have constantly delivery problems in the last 9 months. I have lost 40% of my paid customers, because Twilio didn't deliver text messages. I started using another provider, but it will take at least 2 years of hard work to get my lost revenue back.
Such a pathetic company!!! I just received an email that they changed their terms of service and according to the changes I cannot use twilio anymore and I have to search another provider and port all my software. and now they can just reclaim any of your buyed numbers WITHOUT EVEN ASKING YOU.
