What is TupiTube?
TupiTube is a digital design and authoring tool specifically created for artists with a keen interest in 2D animation. It was developed as a derivative of the Ktoon project, with a user interface that is designed to cater to a wide age range, from 8 to 100 years old. It is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2.0 (GPLv2), reinforcing its commitment to open-source development.
The software is equipped with a variety of features that facilitate the creation of 2D animations. It sports a modular and user-friendly interface that streamlines the animation process. It includes a preview animation module, allowing users to view their work in real time. TupiTube also provides basic tools for vectorial illustration, although these are currently in beta testing. Similarly, the time line and exposure sheet features are also in beta. One of the key features of TupiTube is its ability to export animations in a variety of video formats such as OGV, AVI, MPEG, SWF, or as PNG image arrays. This broadens the scope of compatibility and usability for the animations created using this tool.

Comments and Reviews
That's where I made my first animation :)
Nice little program that I got to replace Adobe Animate. It's vector based, which is okay. Unfortunately there is no pressure sensitivity and there is no eraser (but the developers say that they are working on this). Another replacement can be Krita which, although it is a drawing program, it can render animations as videos. Even though it consumes more time it looks more professional and smooth with tablet compatibility and different textured pens.
So, Tupi is good for simple, easy animation.
Easy to use, very solid and reliable. Exports in good quality too - best of all is the layers tool and smoothing actually work.
emphasized text__tupi is one of the most powerful tools that exist compared to flash/animate cc liek it is vector based its open source it has tweens and much more but only doesnt have two basic tools fill tool(does't work)and text tool (not there)
