Caution: You need to be ready for this. It may be a great program, but it jumps right in and there's no canceling. Apparently, it is asking you which user profile you wish to migrate to from the profile you are using. It jumps right in, with no way to cancel, and you get no options. I had nothing connected and only one profile, so basically it overwrote itself I believe. I didn't see a listing of what it was doing & replacing in progress. I used Ctrl-Alt-Del to stop, but apparently it continued in background and shut off my machine automatically. When it restarted it said it was updating all my apps. Ok, well I made it back, and I will remember its potential usefulness. I just hope that people don't get caught off-guard.
Free version does not deal well with configs that deviate from the norm. E.g., if you've set the location for your Windows 'Library' folders ('Documents', 'Music', etc) to a different drive (a common use-case on Asus laptops, for example, since they often partition a far-too-small system drive), it will fail to transfer anything in those folders -- but won't give you an error. Also, sucessfully transferred only one application (the Vivaldi web browser) -- no idea why only that one & no others. That said, once I reinstalled, I often found the profile for the missing applications was intact -- depending on the app's ability to recognize it (e.g., Chrome won't).
