A DISGRACE! I have never been more disappointed in any services ever. I uploaded files on the platform more than 3 months ago, it worked for a couple of weeks, then I have been unable to access my account and/or the transcriptions once logged in. I have signal this to the Transcribo team multiple times in the last 2 months, using the chat box, and the 2 emails addresses I could find. At first they said they will resolve the issue, but now that simply stop responding. In the past 2 weeks, both email addresses have stopped working. I am extremely disappointed, as I really trusted them. I am a student, and I invested a lot of money and time to transcribe my research interviews. Now I don't have the money to pay for another platform, and Transcribo is not responding when asked for reimbursement. It looks like a good platform a first, cheap and convenient, but avoid it at all cost as you cannot rely on them for anything. I have never given a bad review, but in this case I simply had to...
Nice online editor and lets you export to ms word format.
It's a very useful tool, saves a lot of time.
Very accurate trandscriptions and a great online editor to make adjustments, rename speakers, etc
