I have always found there is a barrier of speed of system creation. My idea is not to sign contracts or engage programmers when I needed to establish new eLearning system instance. Each time I needed create a new platform I needed to do that easy and with no additional agenda or time. Therefore I was surprised very positive when I found this software which offers free system creation within few seconds by filling easy form and the system is born.
