After trying this tool, I can say it significantly reduces the time spent organizing things, especially when it comes to recurring tasks and reminders. My schedule is often extremely busy and demands long-term planning, sometimes far in advance. I've never been a fan of traditional calendar tools because they usually take too much effort to manage. Definitely recommended.
