Tailspin is a technology job marketplace where job seekers post the jobs they want and employers invite them to interviews.

Job posts are anonymous but include the information necessary for an employer to assess the quality of an interview candidate. When an employer invites a candidate for an interview, the candidate sees generic information about the employer and their company name to avoid conflicts of interest.

Upon receipt of an invitation, job seekers can accept or decline. If they accept, the employer has the opportunity to confirm the invitation for $25, which will share out contact information between the two parties.
