Tacquito Alternatives

Tacquito is described as 'Provides an rfc8907 implementation of TACACS+. This package is primarily a module that implements the TACACS+ protocol and can be used to build TACACS+ servers and clients. We provide a reference implementation of a client and a server but you are encouraged to' and is an app. There are four alternatives to Tacquito for Windows, Linux, Rust and Mac.
