Tab Group Switch

Warning: To those looking for a replacement for Tab Groups by Quicksaver (or some other similar tab grouping add-on), this add-on is not meant to be an equivalent replacement for it and differs considerably. When switching groups, this add-on will completely close and reload tabs instead of just hiding/showing them. Form data, scrolling position, and tab history will be lost.

This add-on was created as a sort of middle ground between bookmarks and the old Panorama tab groups in order to save resources but still get some of the functionality of tab groups.

If you want a closer replacement for Tab Groups by Quicksaver, try Conex or Simple Tab Groups.

If you still want to migrate to this add-on, the best method would be to first bookmark all your tabs ("Bookmark all tabs..." in the tab context menu), have only the tabs of one group open and close the rest, then click on "Save current tabs" to create a new group with those tabs. Do the same for each group. You can change the group name by right clicking on the group and selecting "Edit".

Tab Group Switch saves open tabs into tab groups, which you can switch between and edit.

You can add new tabs to existing groups, update a group with currently open tabs, and export saved data to a local file.

Turn on the autosave feature to automatically save all open tabs every set interval, making the add-on act as a simple session manager.
