Swipewipe

Swipewipe is an application designed to assist in the organization and decluttering of your device's camera roll. The app allows users to sort through their photos, videos, screenshots, and other media files in a month-by-month manner, providing a systematic approach to the management of their camera roll. The decision-making process is simplified with a swipe system: swipe right to keep a photo and left to delete it. If a mistake is made, tapping the current photo enables users to reverse their decision. Additionally, holding down on a picture reveals its metadata.

Swipewipe also includes a progress tracking feature. After reviewing a month's worth of photos, the month is crossed out, but can be revisited at any time. If a user decides to pause the sorting process, a progress wheel next to the month on the main screen indicates how much further they have to go. Furthermore, the app introduces an 'On This Day' feature, which presents photos taken on the same date in previous years. This feature allows users to reminisce and decide whether to keep or delete these past memories.

Additional features of Swipewipe include bookmarks for setting aside particular pictures, a widget for the 'On This Day' feature, and statistics that display the number of reviewed photos, the amount of memory saved, and more. The app is continuously updated with new features to further assist users in maintaining an organized and clutter-free camera roll.
