strudel is a JavaScript version of tidalcycles, which is a popular live coding language for music, written in Haskell. Strudel is free/open source software: you can redistribute and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU Affero General Public License.

Amazing app to generate music using a "programming philosophy". Easy to interact, generate and share, but you need to learn how to use it.
There are great examples and endless possibilities. All running under FOSS web app that can be used online or locally.
Great app to play around with!
Currently (03/2026) it can't export audio though, so if you want to use your music in any way you have to play it in the browser and record it using some other application.
