What is Staff Squared?

Simon Swords, the founder of Staff Squared, is the founder of Staff Squared based out of London, UK. Simon's love affair with HR software started when his software company Atlas was growing at a pace, and he forgot to carry out an appraisal for one of his staff members. Being a software company his initial reaction was to look for HR software that he could purchase, but nothing was quite right. The existing software was either too expensive, too complicated or simply difficult to use.

Staff Squared was set up to change all that. Originally developed just for in-house use at Atlas, we quickly realised our customers cold also benefit from the app, and rolled it out to the general public.

We're constantly enhancing and improving Staff Squared, and we love to hear our customers feedback on their HR problems. We put out heartfelt blog posts and content about the HR problems that small businesses face, and Simon shoots from the hip with his honest approach to staff management.

Most of all we just want to make HR fun again, because after all, there's no reason that it shouldn't be.
