Great for extracting CSS and HTML but restricted version if FREE

What is SnipCSS?

SnipCSS allows you to extract only the associated html/css/images with a specific element (and it's children). Unlike other tools it never uses computed styles. There's a free Chrome extension and a paid desktop application.
